• Anyone aged 11 years and above will have to pay the applicable price from the “Adult” category.
• Please be assured that the vehicles we use during our tours are clean, well-equipped with safety toolkits, have seatbelts, and are driven by licensed drivers.
• During Desert Safari tours, you are requested to ensure that you are wearing your seat belts and they are intact.
• We request each traveler to invest in travel insurance.
• We advise you not to click pictures of strangers, government or military installations, and any Arab men/women.
• If you are undergoing serious health issues or you are pregnant, you must not take on the desert safari excursion as it will deteriorate your health conditions.

Tour Cancellation Policy

• Individuals canceling the tour bookings will be provided with a refund only if they cancel the bookings 48 hours before the start of the tour.
• If you cancel your bookings when it is less than 48 hours before the start of the tour, then no refund will be provided to you.
• In case of any poor weather conditions or uncertain calamities, we might cancel the tour and reschedule it accordingly.
